A calmer arrival checklist
Keep the accommodation reference, arrival instructions and transfer pickup point accessible. Check local arrival times and tell the provider about a schedule change through the appropriate booking channel.
The details that matter
A booking can be received while the supplier is still processing it. A stay is confirmed only when the supplier reference and status agree. A proposed alternative is not final until confirmed.
